★★★★★ It is like purchasing a highly expensive, poorly written book.
★★★★★ Even though their website says you can get a refund if you're not satisfied, you actually have to meet certain criteria beyond just not being “satisfied”.
★★★★★ Turns out I can't even access any of the course I bought and have to wait two weeks until my child is *exactly* old enough so it prompts me to buy the more expensive version and everything in the program I paid for is…

★★★★★ Ultimately, she'd give very minimal advice, tell me to work at that for several days and update her later, and then tell me not to rush things when I'd inquire about what the next step would be.
★★★★★ I thought the recent update would fix it, but it didn't.

WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • The functions of the app could still use some work - it's hard to find info sometimes, and I wish the dynamic schedule (such a great idea) worked a bit more consistently But overall a great tool. 4★, Feb 4, 2025

Dishonest

I’ve had the app for over a month now and I realized how unfair they’ve been. They had a promotion going on when I purchased this app initially: get 1 month of free help from a professional sleep consultant via chat. So I paid for the app itself and contacted the consultant. She was mildly helpful in the beginning after I explained my baby’s sleep habits in detail. However, she would take “breaks” and be unreachable for a week, sometimes longer, at a time. It gave me the option to swap consultants, but why would I want to have to go through our history again and deal with a new person? I chose to continue working with her, especially when I thought this is like any other profession, and surely she’ll be available more once her first, or second, break finish. She really wasn’t. When she was available, her hours didn’t always align with mine, so we’d send messages in the chat that may sit there unread for hours at a time. That was fine with me, because I understood we were in different time zones. Ultimately, she’d give very minimal advice, tell me to work at that for several days and update her later, and then tell me not to rush things when I’d inquire about what the next step would be. I wasn’t asking to do it, I just wanted an idea of what would happen next. They just dragged out the month to not really help, and now, that consultant fee is $19 a month on top of the $15 a month app fee. That’s not a lot to a lot of people, but it is significant to me. Also, how should I expect it to be any more helpful after paying for that? I gave it 2 stars, because the app is useful on its own, but I used to keep track of everything in my notes app. It’s practically the same thing: keeping times of feeds and sleep, and a running log of diapers. I read the response from the company and I appreciate the time that took. However, I stand by what I wrote here. I’m a struggling mom needing help, so that my baby can soothe herself successfully and be able to rest comfortably without being beside me. I don’t think it’s outrageous to expect in a month’s time to have more than one bit of helpful advice. I stayed consistent, and I read the lessons, but I was there for the addition of guided support. I don’t want other moms in my position to get their hopes super high, in case they end up disappointed like me. Other moms praise the app and had a great time. That’s fantastic! Everyone is going to have different situations and take aways. The positives and negatives make things better, when they’re taken into consideration and applied appropriately.

Game changer

This app helped us for all 3 kids. Kids were sleeping through the night (waking to eat) right away. The app helps to teach them to self soothe without letting them CIO. They are 2-7YO now and all sleep the whole night in their own beds. I continuously recommend this app to all of my pregnant friends.

Sleep train

This app helped me sleep train my now six year old and now twin three year olds. If you follow it, it truly works! I couldn't have been more happier!

Life Line for New Parents

For our first kid we tried multiple sleep training apps before finding Little Ones. The schedule made sense (we didn’t closely follow the feeding schedule but stuck to the sleeping recommendations) and the guides on gentle sleep training methods based on our comfort level worked when nothing else would! Their guide to taking away the pacifier when the time was right was a life saver for me! I shared this app with many friends and for my 2nd child started from day 1 newborn. Her sleep schedule is predictable, we get to go out with big brother and it’s been such a contrast to the early struggles I remember. The community is helpful on every topic. Only tip to watch out for is that the consulting assumes strictly following schedule. If you are not then the broad tips still help but talking to the consultants doesn’t result in direct help. Highly recommend to know what to do for sleep for your Little One!
