★★★★★ I really enjoy the books on this app, however they say that once you've paid/read an entire book you have access to them forever but I've had books get re-locked and I can't go back and re-read them with out paying for…
★★★★★ Hate that you have to pay money for every second to read instead of it being free like facebook falsely claims which btw is illegal in the USA.
★★★★★ After so long they decided to split chapters up and relock them so you have to pay more and good luck getting them unlocked.

★★★★★ There is no way to contact to complain without joining a group chat on WhatsApp and it would share your phone number and complaint with the other 200+ people in the group.

★★★★★ They send the same generic email on how to cancel where the link provided does NOT work, and they continue to charge you WEEKLY.
★★★★★ I have tried leaving feedback and it still does not work.

★★★★★ Completely wrong and dishonest….do better.
★★★★★ First of all this app asks people to give a 5 star rating to get extra coins (could be wrong, but isn't this against Apples rules?

Latest reviews, Japan App Store.
The only reason I’m using this App because the story is by an author I like and it’s exclusive to this App. Otherwise, requiring 180 plus coins to unlock each chapter, and needing to watch ads for over an hour to unlock the said chapter is ridiculous and highway robbery IMO. I would have bought the book if I could but I refuse to pay to read the book on this App only. So ads it is.
a little pricey but good books
This app sucks they will not respond to you when you try to cancel. Only a email available to contact them no phone number. Do not download
Personally stating that as of today May 18th i found this app in an ad on facebook! I downloaded to complete a story called Your late love means nothing, and i got to chapter 8 and had to pay over $30-45 for coins to continue it!!! this is outrageous for a book !! Then i came to app store to read reviews and what i seen is grounds for a lawsuit, not only are you taking money from canceled subscriptions but you are not responding to customer service tickets or refunding money that dose not BELONG TO YOU !!! I have also seen that plenty of people even foreigners are enraged at this ! Its sad that we cant even read books without having to pay for it.
They do not cancel your subscription. Terrible customer service.
I got interested in reading a story I saw on insta and downloaded the app. The pages are a little short but I like how well written the story is. Naturally it’s like any other app, you can get free vouchers but if you’re impatient, you can buy them.
