Poor Author behaviour allowed by iReader

I’ve complained about an author who has had a book ongoing for 3 years to no response or reply from iReader. As a customer I’ve spent good money purchasing chapters. I don’t think it’s acceptable that Authors are able to have a book ongoing for over 3 years and every few months put a short chapter up, particularly when they are putting chapters up for other books. These authors don’t care about their customers, and it seems neither does iReader as by doing nothing is complicit.

Scammy

Extremely expensive, claims to have a spin to use and ads to read something free. Told me ads are unavailable and the spin was in fact £4.99. Tells u to log in for 210 free vouchers, I logged in twice and both times it didn’t register. Telling me to log in again the third time. Immediate uninstall
