Imagine having 2/5of the features available in the web app, and needing to access the remaining 3/5 of inaccessible features on the go. That’s this app. Now imagine having access to your contacts, projects, tasks, contracts, proposals, notes,and messages. What a powerful app this would be. Unfortunately that’s not the case, and for the purposes of managing your business in Bonsai on the go, this app is basically useless. Why, Bonsai? Why?
SCAM. The worst app and the worst customer service I’ve ever received ( It’s all AI) They hold your money hostage. Takes weeks to be paid (I still haven’t) Clients paid the invoice on July 9th, it’s the 20th still no payment. Took a little over $200 of the payment. I was asked to send in images of my drivers license, which I now regret. I’ve still not been paid. Run don’t walk away from this app it’s a scam.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Wouldn’t recommend stick to something bigger not this clunky hard to navigate app that literally asked me for proof that my client was real. After being on there platform for several years, always experienced problems but it wasn’t until they did this that was the final straw. Stick to quickbooks or something.
