Terrible Phone product

My company switched form a hardline phone to Zoom phones. Mind you, I work in sales where the phone is crucial. The latency issues with phone calls are constant as are the missed or no notifications. I just received a SMS from client that was sent 2 hours earlier. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Normal Zoom just works … Intune just doesn’t

Once I’m in a meeting, this is great! However, Intune randomly disconnects from my organization, sometimes every few hours, so I have to keep logging in (or just connect without logging in, which defeats the purpose). Also, web links seem to be opened by either normal Zoom or Zoom for Intune (I need both as I have non-company Zoom meetings as well). It would be useful if Zoom for Intune could take over just the Intune-tied links.

Works well but errs too much on the side of caution

My company just upgraded from Zoom to Zoom Workplace. I fully understand the reasons why and I endorse them. However, the app (on iPad) requires ON THE SAME DAY, multiple log ins (in my case, I need to use OKTA). This is annoying - why can’t the app just ask me to login once a day? The safety component is becoming excessive, to the point that I rather use my Computer’s Zoom instead …. Perhaps that is the point? To make Zoom Workplace so annoying to iPad and iPhone users so that they use their desktops instead?….
