★★★★★ Landscape mode doesn't work most of the time.
★★★★★ Why would you even release an app that works 1% of the time?
★★★★★ I would expect with todays tech they would be able to work the glitches out.
4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ It has not been updated in this whole time and I am unable to review videos when I need to.
★★★★★ Ever since ISO 18 update I noticed the video view setting doesn't expand larger to landscape view like before.

★★★★★ Bought Swann's NVW-490 4 wifi camera setup for about $500 and they almost immediately abandoned the hardware support with regard to software maintenance and improvements.
★★★★★ These devices aren't cheap, but the support is.
★★★★★ The 24/7 support is a farce.

★★★★★ I've had these cameras for two weeks now and this is the third time the app has just deleted my cameras off the app and I can no longer view them.
★★★★★ If the modem gets rebooted you lose complete access to view unless you unplug camera and plug back in.
★★★★★ Even rebooted and deleted it a few times with the same results.

★★★★★ On rare occasions when it does work you can't get back to portrait mode without force closing the app.
★★★★★ Set it up with Ethernet and get to the WiFi setting that way and the app crashes.

★★★★★ Has potential but not worth the money.
★★★★★ Constant video loss. Can't download playback video over 30 seconds long. So the two most important features don't work well or most time, not at all.

It is nearly impossible to do video review on the app. I bought this system years ago so I can keep an eye on my house but the app sucks. It has not been updated in this whole time and I am unable to review videos when I need to. Very frustrating and wouldn’t recommend this system to anyone.
Landscape mode doesn’t work most of the time. On rare occasions when it does work you can’t get back to portrait mode without force closing the app.
Ever since ISO 18 update I noticed the video view setting doesn’t expand larger to landscape view like before.
Why would you even release an app that works 1% of the time?
Won’t work on cellular service, only if you’re home on the network it’s connected to! Will tilt and pan on Wi-Fi but again, only works on home Wi-Fi!!! What’s the point???
When it works it’s great, however it has been very unreliable at times. I would expect with todays tech they would be able to work the glitches out.
