Alarm works

App sucks in general. Can only have one routine (my kids sound machine let me set up a million) and the support page says it supports up to 2 with a free account. Bad info :(

Volume is inconsistent

I love the model and OS of the Hatch that had the 2-way monitor. The newer Hatches and OS is fine because my son loves Yuki, but recently the volume is all over the place! I set a routine with a bunch of the yuki stories and sometimes they’re so low, so I adjust the volume either on the device or in the app; then I see what level it’s at to adjust the routine volume. Then the next time it plays, it’s crazy loud instead! It’s super annoying especially since it’s meant to be soothing bedtime sounds. Please fix this!!!

Not worth the money

Spent over $200 on this thing and you can’t even use most of the features without paying a monthly subscription. I have a $15 sunrise alarm from Walmart that is a brighter light with more color options, more sound options, and I can connect Bluetooth and play any music I want. For an alarm this expensive I should have to continue paying monthly to use it, and Bluetooth really needs to become a feature. Don’t waste your money on this!

Fix the alarm time toggle

All I want to do is change the time my alarm is set for. It gives me an error 50% of the time and takes 30 seconds to load the other 50%. It cannot be that hard for this toggle to work. Also, why are there 3 dots next to it? The only options are enable and disable, which is redundant to the function of the toggle. Please fix this. It’s the only thing I do in the app.

Please bring back the plus + and minus - buttons so I can adjust the sound one step at a time instead of using the slider tool. It’s much harder to make a steady transition in volume. Otherwise, I enjoy the app!
