★★★★★ 非常麻煩一點都沒有以使用者為出發點來設計，實名認證堅持要用拍照的方式，不能上傳已經拍好的相片就算了，還堅持必須用app內建的相機，而這相機根本沒辦法對焦，拍完app才說過度模糊無法使用（我也知道過度模糊，但這是你的app的問題啊！），所以搞到最後還是不能實名認證，垃圾appㄧ顆星都不想給。

Could not even sign up…

I sent two packages two weeks before my arrival so I could have them ready when I landed, the app only works if you’re physically in Taiwan. I am in Taiwan now and I have a Taiwan phone number but when I reach the sign up page and follow all the steps, it keeps saying it failed and didn’t process. Emailing the people who need the letter of authorization just keeps going back and forth with no resolution either. It’s very difficult to actually activate this app and get my packages.

This is maybe the worst app on the entire App Store.

No, really, I mean it. This is literally the most disgusting, disgraceful app I have ever seen. Whoever made this and their team should be fired immediately. This is absolutely humiliatingly, embarrassingly bad. Do not download this app. If you ordered an item, just let it go. This thing is terrible. Don't let it onto your phone. It's a disgrace.

真的很難用 根本擾民 會一星不是沒有原因 app英文版的翻譯還很差

人在國外收不到台灣簡訊 也收不到台灣訊號就一直認證失敗 ，一直要本人電信認證。拍證件照已經拍到清楚沒有陰影沒有歪已經完美了，app還在說有陰影不清楚 包裹就要這樣被寄回去日本，這樣不是擾民是什麼？

Difficulty being a foreigner

I think the app is ok, but using the interface as a foreigner that does not read Chinese, this is very difficult. I would like to see better Chinese/English options. Mainly in the help section.
