爛透的應用程式閃退根本無法註冊

爛透了！照片驗證身分證一直有問題不是有陰影不然就反光 試了幾百遍 一個多小時根本弄不好 而且應用程式還會一直閃退 每次閃退都要重新再輸入註冊資料 系統不會自動存 根本就不讓人註冊報關 到底想怎樣也沒有客服可以幫忙
