Update 7/1/2026: This newest update had completely failed. This app is almost unusable now. Anyone have anything better for a basic invoice generator? Invoice air is bad bad. I have been using it for a little over a year. It works well for what I've needed it for, invoicing and estimates. A bit of a hidden gem for me was the list of invoices that show unpaid/paid so I know who/when I should follow-up to collect my money. I'm probably not using it's full potential but Moon Invoice works for me.
Moon Inv Pro worked great for my invoicing needs, and Invoice Air also works, but the work flow is more awkward with more clicks to do the same work. I prefered Moon Invoice Pro.
The changes you guys did suck to program
i was content with other mooninvoice app, and i was switched with this Invoice Air without knowing, I search the transaction and it doesnt come up, theres a mess with my books, sorry Im not renewing next year, I'm gonna pick up whatever is left in the data and hit the road.
When I started a small business I was looking for versatile, professional low-cost invoicing software. This. Is. It. It has exceeded my needs on all fronts. I only recently experienced an issue launching the app after a Mac system OS update. A quick email to support and it was resolved within a VERY short amount of time. I can’t say enough good things about InvoiceAir. It’s a bit involved to get it set up - but only because it’s so very versatile, flexible and customizable.
