Won’t let me sign in

I have the Hubble baby camera and I love it, so I bought the air purifier too because I saw that it also connects to an app as well. But the app won’t even let me sign in to it. The air purifier seems really nice, but I just got it today so hopefully it does good. Pretty upset about the app though.

I can connect to the Dream Machine to control lights and music, but I cannot use the audio monitoring and walkie talkie functions!!
