Suport contacted already

I put a review here yesterday with my opinion about the trashy product (dream machine) and its app. The suport was contacted before and nothing was done. I just gave up of the machine and of Motorola. Like I said.. the brand used to be good... now, limbo. Pepperidge farmer remembers.
