Can't even log in! Just got a new phone and the app won't allow me to login at all, all I get is 'an error occurred' which isn't helpful. Yesterday a package was left in 'safe place or porch' living in a block of flats that's not an option, turns out they were just all dumped at the main entrance door and we had to guess at that due to not being able to see the delivery photo, just put it back on the website. 0 stars!
