สำนักราชเลขาธิการ ร่วมกับ สำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ได้รับพระราชทานพระบรมราชานุญาตให้เชิญพระราชดำรัส และพระบรมราโชวาทคัดตัดตอน เผยแพร่ในแอปพลิเคชั่น “สุขพอที่พ่อสอน” โดยแบ่งเป็น ๙ หมวดหมู่ ได้แก่ การศึกษา ความยุติธรรม รู้รักสามัคคี ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม การพัฒนา ความพอเพียง คุณธรรมจริยธรรม ความสุขและความปรารถนาดี เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีเฉลิม พระชนมพรรษา วันที่ ๕ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๗ แอปพลิเคชั่น “สุขพอที่พ่อสอน” นี้ เผยแพร่เพื่อให้ประชาชนชาวไทยได้น้อมนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ เกิดความสุขที่แท้จริงอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ โดยมี พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ให้นโยบายเรื่องค่านิยมหลักของคนไทย ๑๒ ประการ ซึ่งในข้อ ๙ คือ มีสติรู้ตัว รู้คิด รู้ทำ รู้ปฏิบัติตามพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว
