The app is buggy, doesn't run full screen so the buttons in the bottom are semi hidden behind the OS buttons. Often tells me I'm offline and downloaded content often can't play when offline. Customer service doesn't reply when I contact them.

useless app the price for what useless info they have is ridiculous.. and can't use trial as they won't cancel when told to and just carry on taking your money.. such a scam a$$ app don't use it

I cancelled my subscription weeks ago and have just been charged (pending but the money has gone from my acct) - I'm fuming!! Normally not a big deal but now I can't get hold of a human to resolve this and their web chat was worse than a joke (telling me how to unsubscribe via a method I had already followed). Also, no warning email of in app notification that this was about to occur. For an app sold as "Calm" this is anything but that. The customer support route has been utter abysmal.

I'm updating my review wording. Change from 5 to 3 in about 2024. It's weird to me that the developer just now commented on my review from 10/2023. (5 stars then). The free guided meditations were wonderful! The updated free content was not. I stopped using the app at least a year ago, because the guided meditations I loved were no longer available. Fast forward to now: I recently deleted the app because I hadn't used it in so long. I love the guided meditations; I find them very effective.
