I have 2 apps that I use to track my win/loss, and 3 apps that I use to record hand histories. Poker Analytics 6 is by far the most useful. The stats that it shows you about your game are unrivalled. It is also my go-to for hand recording. I can easily enter hands at the table. The replayer is great for studying later, and the export is an easily readable format for when I send hands to others. The developer is also super responsive to issues with the app.
