UPDATE 2 uninstalled the app taking far to long to encrypt and store photos UPDATE 1 lowered the score as we cant currently edit/crop photos which other users have asked for, please take the requests on board im a lover of PROTON privacy got majority off there apps now installed and using instead pre installed mobile apps, can you do a KEYBOARD app, privacy no tracking no collecting no sharing

not sure what was happening, but over time, about 100gb of storage was just taken up by Casper the friendly storage hog with no clear way to get it back. I contacted support, and will see if they can help me resolve this problem.

I signed up for the 500gb monthly package priced at £7.99 a month which i thought to be rather reasonable. HOWEVER,upon checking my bank,I was actually charged the full yearly amount at £95!!! it's a good app but don't bother signing up for any package unless you can afford the full yearly amount at that time,which i couldn't hence selecting to pay monthly.im now paying overdraft fees on this unauthorised deduction from my account. not impressed at all

Docs often fail to sync so you lose work if that connection goes stale. can't create spreadsheets in the app but opening ones created on desktop works for reading. performance issues with video files. I want to support a European and privacy-conscious company but there's a lot of room for improvement. Docs print nicely but no intentional page breaks. lots of annoying prompts to upgrade to premium—waiting for it to be worth paying for (feature parity with google drive, dark mode).
