HOW SURE ARE WE
Not in any grossing chart, so this comes from ratings growth (6.3 new ratings a month on average since launch): revenue grows with new ratings, more slowly for apps that collect ratings fast. Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2 times, and big earners tend to come out low. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Bugs, things not working19%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ At first, I was really happy that they converted it to the phone, but honestly the game is so buggy.
★★★★★ Doesn't work on Galaxy Note 9 - framerate is so low only one character of text appears every half second or so, even in low spec mode.
★★★★★ You go to the page and you "fail", but you fail exactly because it's not exactly what you wanted to do in the first place.
Crashes and freezes13%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ The game freezes constantly and icons will disappear and in certain scenes the characters will disappear.
Price and subscription13%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ It has become unplayable and I really want a refund which is seriously sad because I love this series.
★★★★★ Don't spend your money on the android version until it becomes standalone; better to search eBay for the DS version.
Slow, laggy, battery13%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ It wouldn't be *that* bad if it wasn't for the *painfully* slow and repetitive padding "dialog".

Fun, addictive9%

★★★★★ Overall, it's a very fun time and it beats the DS version.
★★★★★ Otherwise though, it's a fun port of the most different of the ace attorney games.
★★★★★ Thought of doing a 4* only because you need wifi to play for no apparent reason :/ other than that it's an awesome game, fun investigating and fun problem solving.
Great support4%

5 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ I bought this in support of a possible Investigations collection!

Fast3%

3 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ This port is really smooth and works well.
★★★★★ And yes, even compared to the original DS version The original was prone to occasional lag and jutter, and of course DIDN'T have HD sprites: this one has no such slowdowns, is smooth as butter and looks great...
★★★★★ I would by it for an instant, even on my phone.

Great game. I haven't experienced any issues throughout the whole game, but others apparently experienced some game-breaking bugs such as characters disappearing. Overall, it's a very fun time and it beats the DS version.

Amazing

★★★★★Apr 4, 2024

I bought this in support of a possible Investigations collection! I've played this game on Nintendo DS before and from what I've played here so far I can say that the gameplay transitioned well into this mobile version. Everything looks very good and I hope Capcom will use the latest collection; the Apollo Justice Trilogy, and this mobile port as a basis for the next collection in the series. Let's see that Investigations collection finally come to fruition!
