It is helpful but flags some benign things like Stevia, while completely ignoring Yeast Extract.. a neurotoxic, migraine inducing preservative. Everyone knows yeast extract, a cheap form of Msg is bad for you, I can't have it at all.. yet it will rate things an 80% when it's the second ingredient. i had to tell my elderly mom not to use the app. at least let us set our own filter for what we want to avoid!
