Do not recommend

It’s a good set up and all the workout videos/pictures can be a bit hard to understand but the biggest issue is you can only do up to four days on any plan then it FORCES you to pay. RIDICULOUS. I understand they need money but come on!! Just add premium features and let the rest be free that’s how every other app I know runs. Do not download!

Doesn’t offer a free plan

I started under the free plan. If I wanted to pay for exercise I would get a gym membership. I got to do 3 days and now it won’t let me start my 4th day without paying for a plan. I won’t recommend this app to anyone.
