It's a really useful app, as it's now standard to get doctor appointments. Nevertheless, the User experience is for me not good at all, the app is full of small bugs and illogical processes. I really hope that a serious competitor will come on this market to make pressure on the doctolib's app.

Diese App ist wirklich fantastisch und eine enorme Erleichterung! Man erspart sich die demütigende Situation, an der Praxisrezeption abgewiesen zu werden, nur weil man kein Bestandspatient ist. Auch das Problem, bei akuten Beschwerden einen Termin erst in 3 Monaten angeboten zu bekommen, gehört damit der Vergangenheit an. Alles ist transparent, und man findet schnell genau die Hilfe, die man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert!
