Seit meiner letzten Bewertung hat sich nichts geändert. Immer wieder liegt fie Auswertungsquote deutlich unter 80%, aktuell bei mir bei unter 70%! Man ist gezwungen, eigentlich unnötige Fahrten zu absolvieren. Das ist nicht im Sinne der angestrebten Erhöhung der Sicherheit durch die Teilnahme am Programm. Es wäre schön, wenn die Problematik gelöst werden würde.
BonusDrive has saved me a lot of money in the past. Recently, though, the app says my driving has gotten dramatically worse: my scores have dropped from a consistent ~95 to around 75, and occasionally below 50. This happens on my Pixel 8 Pro and on my wife’s Pixel 8 alike. It seems we both brake and accelerate like maniacs. Oddly enough, when I drive with my work Samsung S26, I still get ~95 points.
Die App zeichnet die Fahrten von unterschiedlichen Fahrern mit unterschiedlichen Handys plötzlich falsch auf. Auf gerader Strecke mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit werden scharfe Kurven, starke Beschleunigungen und scharfes bremsen vorgeworfen. Statt den üblichen >90 Fahrtbewertungen erhalten meine Frau und ich beide plötzlich Bewertungen um die 30 bis 40. Die Fehlfunktion der App hat direkte Auswirkungen auf unseren Versicherungsbeitrag.
Trip detection funktioniert mal gar nicht. Selbst Kilometerweit vom Auto entfernt, wenn ich mich keinen Millimeter bewege, aktiviert sich die App. Außerdem viel zu wenig Informationen, was genau aufgezeichnet wird und Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für eine solche Überwachungsapp. Werde diesen Versuch bald wieder beendet. Idee ist gut, aber Umsetzung ist Katastrophal. Vor allem die Bewertungen sehe ich sehr kritisch. Bremsen an der gelben Ampel wird bestraft. Direkt Punktabzug oder man ist Hellseher
1. the app cannot determine when I have left the car reliably and keeps to record the drive while I actually walk. 2. when I enter the building the phone losts the GPS signal and the app see the approximate position that frequently changes in a few hundred meters radius. Result: false harsch breaks, accelerations and cornering every minute for up to 15 minutes. Please use Kalman filtering. 3. Two rides on both drivers phones are recorded when we drive in one car.
Grundsätzlich eine gute App und funktioniert auch gut. Dh Fahrten werden korrekt erkannt und bewertet. Nur selten sind die Ergebnisse komplett daneben (zB mE perfekte Fahrt, Bewertung bewertet Bremsverhalten mit aber nur 10 von 100). Was aber schon lästig ist, ist die Geschwindigkeit um Ergebnisse anzuzeigen. Sehr oft ist die App sehr langsam (genauer: vermutlich Verbindung zum Server). Man drückt auf ein Ergebnis und muss 10 Sek. warten um die Medaille oder das Ergebnis zu sehen.
