Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Price and subscription57%

164 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ paid for a yearly subscription and it says its VIP NOT ACTIVATED.
★★★★★ Forcing app users to pay to subscribe in order to enjoy using the app is not fair to those who is not able to afford it.
★★★★★ Honestly I don't see why they want you to pay ninety nine cent a week or this much just a subscribe to read a novel.
Limits, credits, locked features9%

25 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I paid for the yearly vip, except it keeps telling me I need to pay for it to keep reading...
★★★★★ You have to pay 9.99 a week to read the books there is no other way and too expensive.
★★★★★ U have to pay before u can read any chapter after 5th
Too many ads5%

15 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I Mean I know plenty of novels that you only have to watch ads or actually wait an hour just to read a page.
★★★★★ The ads contain more of the story than the unlocked chapters give you, and most of the ip is stolen anyways.
★★★★★ Can read for free and maybe have a few ads but not 40 pulse a month.
Login and account problems4%

11 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ My bio service did not transfer even though I have the same Google account and account on the app.
★★★★★ It Deducted 880 pesos on my account even though I cancelled my order.
★★★★★ This apps directly deduct money to my account even my subscription still not finish and i want a refund
Missing features3%

★★★★★ No way to finish the book I started reading without paying something.
★★★★★ I like the stories, but there is no way to earn reading points and I definitely can't afford to subscribe.
★★★★★ I did like the fact that there was no way to earn chapters.
Crashes and freezes3%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Tried uninstalling 10 times, it won't uninstall and crashes the uninstaller.
★★★★★ I'm paying $10 a week for the VIP, but now the chapters in my book are not loading.
★★★★★ Ever since I downloaded this app my phone has started freezing and completely shutting down.
Lost data, sync, backup3%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ This is on my "to be deleted" watch list.
★★★★★ My review was deleted from the ad.
★★★★★ I deleted this app once i realized it was like all the others and charged a rediculous amount just to see each chapter and even complete one book.
Worse after an update1%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ And the offer does not update fast.
★★★★★ (Update at the bottom) Price!!!
★★★★★ Even with the vip the chapters only loads after a couple then you have to leave the story then open it to access further in to the story and its annoying and also it won't let me update my birthday in there which is…
