★★★★★ hopefully the screenshots will be enough for PayPal to refund the fraudulent charges, because the customer service route is an exercise in futility.
★★★★★ I've tried getting ahold of customer service but now I have to go through the process of going to my bank and getting a new card.

★★★★★ it's not nice at all , there's no option to use ads to unlock chapters and the coins cost a whole lot
★★★★★ The content is engaging and good enough that you want to spend more money to read, not just collecting daily/by watching ads.
★★★★★ I don't mind watching a few ads but when one chapter is over 200 points and you get 2 points per advert watched it's not worth it.

iReader is a great app for reading, but almost all stories require coins. I hope you can add free challenges or tasks to earn coins for readers who can't afford to buy them. We love reading too, even if we're not financially capable. Please make reading more accessible to everyone. ❤️📚
I like the stories in this app, but it is almost impossible to get help resolving issues. Numerous times I have been charged double for chapters that were duplicated, sometimes with the same title and sometimes with different titles for the same exact chapter. I have been unsuccessful finding a way to reach out other than email and I never receive a response. If they would fix this issue and refund coins for duplicate chapters, I would give them 5 stars.
