still have not received a response and have sent several emails in game and through here....good and bad. For the most part I like this game but be careful if you purchase anything on it. I purchased the #7 hero pack and it never loaded on to the game. tried contacting the company about it several times and have still not received an answer, the pack that was purchased or a refund. I'm not the only one either. My significant other purchased the same pack and it didn't download on his game either

This is just like any other clash game. You build with resources and other players attack your base without reason. The game encourages players to attack each other. The more you upgrade the more time it take to complete it. From 30 to what becomes a few days. The more you upgrade the more resources you need. Everytime you are attacked by other players you lose millions of resources which you must grind from the beginning. I decided delete my account after spending 50 dollars on the game.
