it's fun and hooks you hard. MAJOR cash grab you WILL get nickeled and dimed to death it's addicting. if I could go back I wouldn't have installed but I'm almost Max lvl now

it's a good game but the pay to play can really slow you down on your progession.
Bingchuan Network, the developer of Hero Clash, still has poor customer service. 1. Denise = Now either an Ai Bot or Non-existant. 2. In-Game CS = Has 1 person good. Rest does nothing. 3. Anything escalated = ends in either being told No, or no response at all. Even when you catch them in a lie, their customer service skills are still terrible. The stuff we players ask for, told no, other games make available to players with no hassle. Game is getting worse and worse. Do Not Recommend
