The app is messy and disorganized. It used to be so much more straightforward and tracking was simple. Now I feel lost looking at it. I hate it. Opening it is so discouraging and I lose all motivation to track with it. They need to clean it up and look at earlier versions, and stop trying to force medication.

I can't find the restaurants I use.
Another update, 11.31.1,and another fail. Android users still cannot see what we are typing when we reply to posts, no predictive text, no capital letters. I do not understand why this has to be an issue every single time. You KNOW it happens, yet you push the update out without checking. I am tired opening tickets only to be told, they are working on it. Don't tell me it is a font issue either, it's not. I have no other issues on another app. Just the WW app.

Customer service makes no exceptions. Also the recent updates to the userface are clunky and getting to your saved recipes are a hassle. Actually so is trying to even cook with those recipes and there's no easy way to print it or change the view so it's actually functional.
