Fantastic map detail and coverage. The route planning and tracking is accurate, and I love the historic map option. my one niggle is the exceptionally heavy drain on my phone battery. Even using a phone with a brand new battery, with the route downloaded and my phone on airplane mode, the app will drain the battery to nothing in the first 2-4 miles, less than that if I want to take photos. I carry back up power bank(s) anyway, but it's annoying having to use them for most of the hike.

Just been on the live YouTube cast with the Hiiker team showing the new features in the app. Amazing to see such passion shown for their superb product. Haven't managed to get out on a walk yet, but the features and the sheer numbers of new features added regularly, make it well worth the subscription.
