Tips 4 Success: 1) Join gang of Nigerian Nationals. 2) Activate as many accounts as you can. 3) Commit fraud w/ auto-clickers, gps spoofing, stolen identities, etc. 4) GPS Spoof to all stores in zone, hold offers, pass to friends via FCFS. 5) Laugh at everyone else following the TOS and getting no offers. 6) Claim 0$ tax. Repeat steps 1-5 knowing that Walmart will do nothing to you / your accounts, & actually incentivize you to commit fraud. No spoof blocks, no ID checks, no tax reports.
