Aurora Score combines space weather, magnetic latitude, darkness, clouds, and moonlight into a 0–100 viewing score. It is a model score, not a calibrated probability.

Alerts are sent only for your active locations. We factor in darkness, cloud cover, moonlight, and geomagnetic activity, so an alert means a high chance, not a 100% guarantee.
