There is no guideline for how/how much upgrading facilities affect future finances. No idea what effect training ground lvl has on player growth/decline. Funds run out within 2 seasons cos your home game earnings can't make up for wages and facility costs, and you're constantly having to upgrade/maintain the facilities to keep fan satisfaction up. All this while trying to negotiate signings for the team. And you easily rack up a winless streak, always involving the bottom sides.
