its good for training with a schedule but its not accurate for the paces l can run in an interval and eventhough l have the most expensive version l miss the personal messages. So lm ok with it ... l enjoyed the version 2 yrs ago better
The app itself is amazing. Works great and is responsive. The training itself is great, it keeps in mind previous goals and achievements to adjust your following goals. It reminds you to not forget to train. I would love to know where I could give suggestions, so that the app can be improved more. If you are starting your running journey, this app is the way to go.

looks good overall. its coaching does not seem to take into account activity uploads of previous days. Overall it motivates well to go get that workout done.

I ran my first half marathon last year thanks to Trenara. The pace on training sometimes seems questionably slow, but it does work. I 100% trust my training schedule. I highly recommend the app to everyone who tells me they want to start running. Just pick a distance and trust that Trenara will get you there.
