★★★★★Oct 12, 2026

The PiP function isn't working anymore. The icon disappears a few seconds after starting the app.

★★★★★Oct 8, 2026

Very cool, everything works. Very happy with my purchase. You do need to be kind of tech savvy when you're dealing with thermal cameras and all these cool settings.

★★★★★Oct 2, 2026

I really like the device but the screen in the app needs to be fully optimized for wide-screen devices. I emailed them in June of 2025 and they have still have not fixed this, let alone address my other suggestions. On my Fold 8 the window is now smaller than my Fold 6 was. On the Inner screen it is the same size, also small. PLEASE fix the app so the window displaying the image fills the screen. But they won't fix it, the app has not been improved since I bought the device. Frustrating.

★★★★★Sep 7, 2026

Why would you destroy a perfectly fine app. It no longer works. it connects and then gives a fail message. it all happened with the new version update that I cannot roll back because your app forces me to update it. Ridiculous. I created my own app to connect and manage the media on the camera.

★★★★★Aug 31, 2026

it works great. lost my dog. found every rabbit and deer and bird sleeping. I use for the farm too. to check for yotes n other predators and watch animals at night.

★★★★★Aug 30, 2026

why in the background is kettle if it's not? It's so annoying and making it useless especially the device it's so expensive.
