Doesn’t work with my iPhone 16pro

002c tries to connect, I accept the pop up allowing the accessory to connect but it won’t talk to the app. Latest iOS on my phone

Won’t work

Expensive device. Won’t work at all. Connecting it to app. The app just sits there telling me to insert it. My iPhone knows it’s here because it notified me of a wired accessory.

I’d give this zero stars if possible.I’ll be returning the TS004 mainly due to this poor app.

First, I’m not understanding why my iPhone must connect to the TS004 via its own little WiFi network instead of Bluetooth, but whatever. Once the TS004 & my phone are connected, my phone is then disconnected from our home WiFi, and since we’re live in a very rural area, anything I want to do on my phone at that point takes forever. Also, once I got the latest iOS update, (26.5.2) I can no longer download photos taken on the TS004 to this app on my phone, making this app (and the monocular) pretty much worthless for its intended purpose. Oh, and the AI “question answering” feature is a total joke and waste of time. Fortunately for me, I bought the monocular on Amazon (30 day free returns,) and this app is free, so I know exactly how to remove this source of irritation!😉

Partly genius, but no iPad version. Also, camera alignment should use AI

I love the temp overlays, and some of the functionality of this app! Couple problems: app stays responsive) - Why is no iPad-specific version compiled.? Seems like a pretty low hanging fruit - Rotation of all controls should work in all directions (portrait/landscape/up-side-down) to provide needed flexibility to get the most out of this camera - why does the app not use present my iPhone 16 Pro Lidar sensor and asks me to enter distance manually..? - does the AI feature actually do anything..? At the very least it could auto-align the constantly offset outlines from the visual camera and the thermal camera without having to use the hard to discover manual alignment feature! Hopefully you guys can address at least some of these concerns to make this app the greatest companion the device deserves

Doesn’t work with iPhone

Update. After working with tech support, I figured out you *must* set Wired Accessories = Automatically Allow When Unlocked for the iPhone to recognize the IR camera. If you choose Always Ask instead, the iPhone/camera handshake fails every time. Original post: Been waiting for nearly 3 months for them to enable operation on iPhone with USB-C port. Is not a priority for them
