upgraded review. customer service has replied and was pretty good. product is good and does the job. Just dont like the binding process. item should be used with any phone especially if its being passed to family or being sold. beside this its good.

good app but it seems it doesn't find all the cars because it can't find my 2012 car and i've had other 2012 cars before and it had found those but for some reason it can't find my current 2012 car so could it be a glitch ? if so can it be fixed ?
