HOW SURE ARE WE
Lower confidence: this app ranks below the overall top 50 everywhere, where single estimates can be off 2 to 4 times. The range is wide on purpose. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

Price and subscription56%

20 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I requested a refund from Google Play within a week, which was within the 30 day refund period.
★★★★★ I cancelled my subscription after a couple of months and couldn't see anything about auto renewing on the app or play store.
★★★★★ The app started off amazing and I learnt quite a few new signs, but after just a few of the sections it became locked and a subscription of £89.99 a year came up!
Limits, credits, locked features22%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ The app started off amazing and I learnt quite a few new signs, but after just a few of the sections it became locked and a subscription of £89.99 a year came up!
★★★★★ It only lets you get so far before you have to pay
★★★★★ You can do 3 lessons and then you have to pay.
Bugs, things not working11%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ it started off fabulous, good clear lessons and pacing, but now 9 modules have crashed, leaving a bitter taste, especially for the price of the app, they clearly have given up on the app, with nothing new and nothing…
★★★★★ Can't progress the course as it bugs out during each lesson
★★★★★ The app itself is ok, if occasionally buggy.
No customer support11%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I emailed them twice to ask how to get to the rest of the content and got no response.
★★★★★ Terrible customer service!
★★★★★ no help support I can access.
Login and account problems8%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ My app profile shows my account as cancelled and I have emailed twice to request a refund but received nothing back from the company in response.
★★★★★ I DONT WANT TO LOGIN!!!!!!!
★★★★★ I have no active subscriptions in Google play and my credit card is expired on that account.
Worse after an update8%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ it was good, felt like I was learning at a decent pace then it "updated" and now half or more of the videos are just black screens and I can't start the next lessons because "oops something went wrong" no explanation…
★★★★★ suddenly updated and went from bright bsl to asl bloom?
★★★★★ No evidence of an updated word bank, reminders switched off long before term expired and at £80 that's poor
Missing features8%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ There seems to be no way to make contact with the company, and they have stolen 90 pounds from me.
★★★★★ not free, EVERY single keypress makes your phone vibrate, with no way to turn off.
★★★★★ It was never obvious that I had signed up to a reoccurring payment, and it is not a reoccurring payment on the play store, so there's no way to check/manage it.
