the app is useless it kept freezing at the payment stage of the sale. I had to uninstall the app to get tickets via 02 Priority and missed out because of this. I had the same issue 1 years ago with a different gig due to the dynamic pricing I had to pay £60 more than expected!

Very glitchy and slow. Whenever i buy tickets for a certain event I end up losing those seats because it froze and started all over again. Very unreliable and knowing that they monopolize the tickets in all events.
