The app. doesn't reflect correct service in each category. For example, Bill & Usage--> doesn't have any topic of bill just only top up packages selling only which similar to "Additional/ optional topic. This is reflect to the 'unprofessional SW team, esp. SW team's head. This unprofessional app. had been complaint thru. call center several times but no one take action. l as one of shares holder feel ashamed to be part of unprofessional firm!!!
