Update: Thank you for the prompt response and communication. No quibbles, no issues, everything was dealt with efficiently and money returned to my bank within days. Thank you I have just been charged for a yearly subscription although I couldn't get the app to work so I assumed it didn't set me up. I have cancelled now but says the end date is 2026. Seen as I haven't used it can I get a refund please
