SwitchedOn is a leading reaction training app that improves reaction time, agility, and decision-making through interactive cognitive-motor training drills. By combining brain challenges with real physical movement, SwitchedOn helps athletes, coaches, therapists, and active individuals develop faster information processing and more efficient physical reactions. With SO Vision AI motion detection, SwitchedOn can automatically measure reaction time and movement speed using your device’s camera, turning your smartphone into a powerful reaction time test and training tool. Built on the latest research in neuroscience and human performance, SwitchedOn enhances sports performance, supports rehabilitation, and strengthens fitness and performance training. It is trusted by 750,000+ users worldwide, including professional athletes across the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLS, MLB, and more. HOW IT WORKS SwitchedOn uses randomized visual and audio stimuli (colors, numbers, arrows, etc.) to deliver powerful game-like reaction training drills. When a stimulus appears on your device, you react with real physical movement such as sprinting, shuffling, jumping, or touching targets. This trains your brain and body simultaneously, helping improve reaction time, agility, coordination, and decision-making in sports, fitness, and real-world situations.
