An sich bin ich zufrieden, Push Benachrichtigung bei Geld Eingang habe ich nicht gefunden, wäre auch ganz nice. Unzufrieden bin ich mit der Situation das wenn ich bei meinem Fold die App auf dem jeweils anderen Bildschirm öffne ich mich Authentifizieren muss. Das passiert jedes Mal wenn ich in der anderen Ansicht die app starte. Falls das gelöst ist 4 Sterne, falls ich push Benachrichtigungen bekomme 5 :)

Can't use my account. Sometimes it doesn't allow me even to open the account details. Whenever I want to send money it shows an error (even if it's an authorized transaction). Can't use my account though it's not a problem for my money being debited for 'account management'... Support cannot help and asks to wait in order to receive a new post mail which doesn't solve the issue. Application is translated only by 40-50%. At least half of the important information is not localized.
Although slow in it's steps to transfer monies from one account to another, it is due to the external TAN generation process, which I think is great, it is an external security measure that I completely agree with.
The app crashes every freaking time when I first want to open it. It's only accessible the 2nd or the 3rd time of trying. This bug never failed happening. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't make a difference. The real-time transfer is sometimes just completely out of order. The account balance doesn't update immediately anymore, which makes me use the calc. other than that the app is good overall. Its features and the access to its features make banking pretty efficient, easy and quick.
Auf dem Pixel Fold ist die App sowas von sche*se, ich muss andauernd immer nach jedem App start mich mittels der Push Tan App das Gerät als vertrauenswürdig bestätigen. Und nun wurde die App komplett bei mir gesperrt, anscheinend um mich vor Betrug zu beschützen, wie programmiert ihr bitte diese Online Banking App den? Ich bin auch bei der Sparkasse Kunde und da bei der Online Banking App habe ich keine Probleme 😓
