I subscribed and paid for tge app only to find it won't work on my galaxy 23+. contacted the company to ask for a refund. no reply. I guess you must have a most recent model of phone with specific camera capabilities. they should make this explicit. be careful before you subscribe.

Hopeless with Samsung phones. you wouldn't think Android has nearly 75% of the world's mobile phone market. maybe someone should tell sportsbox. It doesn't work at all. My mate has a 6 year old iPhone and it works great on that. why can't these American companies understand that there's a world outside America that's huge and millions use Androids and play golf and would like to use this app.

Sportsbox 3D Golf is a markerless and sensor-free 3D motion analysis studio in the palm of your hands, which allows instructors to easily access 3D motion data with a single slow motion swing video, anywhere golfers practice and play. Upload and manage students' swing videos on our easy-to-use web portal or directly on the app to provide clear, measurable feedback to your students to make every lesson, remote or live, more impactful. IMPORTANT: To use the Sportsbox 3D Golf Coach app you must have an active Coaches' log-in. SUPPORTED DEVICES FOR HIGH-SPEED RECORDING For the best results, record your swings in slow motion at 60 FPS or higher. - Google Pixel series (fully supported): 120 FPS main camera and 60 FPS selfie camera - Samsung Galaxy S24 series and newer: 60 FPS supported - Samsung Galaxy S20–S23 series (limited support): Many models, especially US versions, offer only 30 FPS or 120 FPS cameras, and 120 FPS access may be restricted by the manufacturer on Android 15. The app will attempt to open the 120 FPS camera automatically, but this is not guaranteed on every device.
