I've been on GLP-1 for 4 months and have had no side effects, other than the first jump in dosage and those side effects were minor. I logged daily into Glapp, but it didn't provide much value to me. I can see it could provide value if I was struggling with side effects and mood swings. After 16 weeks, I decided to delete my account and uninstall the app. My food tracker app provides GLP-1 features that replicates a lot of what Glapp does. It just wasn't for me.
pretty happy with the free version. sometimes adding my shot gets wonky, if you go back to correct the date or time it'll delete stuff further down, but mostly it's a great app and has really been helping me.
I have been using Shotsy since starting on Mounjaro in February this year. it's a great way to remember when shots are due and to keep track of weight loss. I only use the free version, but it works great for me.
love this app. I have the yearly subscription. totally worth it. I've recommend this to several people who also love it.
