Customer service is beyond horrendous. You are entitled to VIP customer service as a Level 17 VIP, but it's been well over two months since I have filled out VIP verification, asked them multiple times over the course of the two months, only to be fed with the same stupid "we already reported your request to the team". Do they not work for the same company??? Why does it take well over two months to get a simple background??? I do not recommend spending on a developer that clearly does not care.
