9 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ With the new update that feature is gone, which means it's now much harder to setup balanced games and understand the real level.
★★★★★ Very disappointing update with several critical usability issues: 1) All played Americano results have disappeared from profiles.
★★★★★ The new update is disaster 👎🏼
6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Lack of features offered for the 'Pro' subscription is mind boggling and just using it in general gives me aneurysms.
★★★★★ a lot of bugs, cannot cancel some matches, lost my profile after reinstall
★★★★★ Buggy as hell, cancellation policies not clear, fees added for card payments and they try to make you pay a ridiculous amount of money for Pro, to enjoy features that were basic and included in Playtomic.

★★★★★ The odd occasion it open, the sign in infinitely loads so I can't make an account.
★★★★★ Can't get past the sign up stage, just endlessly says it's creating the profile and never loads.
★★★★★ Doesn't even get to the login screen

★★★★★ terrible app and terrible customer support.
★★★★★ Enjoyed uaing the App but now it's has many issues, very buggy, and I've had numerous problems that support have been quick to resolve, but tbh it needs to fix out the issues as the user experience is not good compared…
★★★★★ The worst refund policy, they can not assist you, they will lie to you, they won't give you a copy of the refund policy, they will support fraud courts, they are not under any financial supervision they don't comply…

this app is very useful. it eases the hastle involved with setting up a match or a tournament. it has many great features that are very handy, like reminders and stuff. furthermore, it has a customer support team that works to rectify any bugs. i have used the free version for a couple of years, and recently upgraded to the pro version. kudos
Edit: put a limit to the number of matches someone can participate in at the same time. Some people are booking all the slots for the coming 3 months and no one else can play. The best thing of this app was seeing other people's rating according to other players. With the new update that feature is gone, which means it's now much harder to setup balanced games and understand the real level.
Very disappointing update with several critical usability issues: 1) All played Americano results have disappeared from profiles. Please bring them back, as it is impossible to assess players' levels without them. 2) When receiving a request to join a game, you cannot click on the person's profile or send them a message before approving the request. This makes no sense at all. 3) The new search and schedule interface is clunky and hard to read. Waiting for a hotfix!
It claims to be state-of-the-art, but it ain't! GUI is confusing, lot of features simply don’t work. Eg., manually searching for padel courts is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating and doesn't work. App. Has a lot of bugs etc.
Was a 5 star experience before the dreaded update. Since then numerous updates showing lack of beta testing and its just not as clean, intuitive or easy to navigate. Its at the point ive started booking matches elsewhere rather than keep bothering our club admin all the time. This can't be good for business?
Massive improvement in both speed and functionality. FYI: The new app wants me to upgrade every time I open it!?
