Add Mode where you can see north america and several other countries can establish puppet regimes vassal states and countries can have a revolution example germany becomes nazi germany and after it loses it can be partitioned attack regions rather than capitals and you can recruit population to military but it requires money and start overtax it increases tax but lowers rating way even faster and if plunder you can send gift to all states so lower tensions in the states you annexed thanks btw
