I understand some people's preference being lost due to the content they show, but I've already encountered stuff like this before, and I was committed to exploring what I came for already. Game wise, work was clearly put in. Even in character design, work was put in, for combat and all of the sort. Work-arounds, options, and a great combat system. I respect and enjoy it for what it is. (This is my view since last I played was near the beginning of 2026. I simply remember enjoying it a bit)
