I just lost all my progress. I just installed it on my new phone and sudenly there's no progress. Never happened each time I installed in a different device. Now I log in with my usual accoun (Google account) and all the progress and stuff is gone. Also all de the purchases I made in did I won't get my money back. It's very dissapointing honestly after 4 years losing everything and there's no back up and nothing because I tried everything.

cute but very heavily relies on paid content such as special cats and facility skins. it's too expensive. such a shame because it was a cute game at first but it's gotten so bad with the addition of lots of paid content. do not play unless you want to spend money. uninstalled because of the developers ego. they also choose to ignore feedback and instead roll out more paid content every update. the 1 star stays till the developers actually do something about the paid content.
