I've tried to use MUBI a couple of times, I like the sound of it. Last time I thought I had been unsuccessful in getting MUBI to work, and so hadn't actually signed up. This time I didn't get the free trial because it turned out actually I HAD signed up before without realising. But again, I thought I hadn't successfully signed up, and didn't realise I was signed up until it showed up on my bank statement. I have still never actually watched a single film on MUBI. Could I have a refund please?

I'm absolutely livid! I signed up for the 7-Day free trial and I'm currently trying to cancel it. when I go in the app it says I have to go to my Walmart account. when I go to my Walmart account there's absolutely nothing connected to mubi. I tried to cancel it on my TV. let's go to your Walmart account. I called Walmart customer service because there's no number for customer service for Mubi. Walmart said Mubi is falsely representing that they're connected to Walmart!!!
