HOW SURE ARE WE
Lower confidence: this app ranks below the overall top 50 everywhere, where single estimates can be off 2 to 4 times. The range is wide on purpose. ★★★★★ That was a waste of money - please refund my money - your app is useless - please show some charts on your website
★★★★★ Kinda useless app tbh, i saw people praising it as a must have for FODMAP.
★★★★★ The diary/logging function auto-sets wrong date and is nothing but a blank box to fill.

WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • I wish I could leave long-form advice here but there's a word limit. 1★, Oct 15, 2026
  • Stores change ingredients and it would be nice to know what changes to look out for in different products. 2★, Sep 21, 2026
  • I've come across some issues, as other reviews mention: "Running repeated searches in the food guide requires you to close and open the search function for each new query" still true; I wish when you sorted by county… 3★, Sep 18, 2026
  • I expected that with all the data they have that I could simply add the ingredients I'm eating in a meal and be able to see the total for each FODMAP type for the whole meal. 2★, Jul 17, 2026
  • The diary section does not show you if what you have eaten is low fodmap, even if you add ingredients individually I wish there was an option where you can select the meal. 1★, Jul 16, 2026
  • Not bad, just wish there was more to it. 2★, Jan 2, 2026
  • Could update and add more recipes, a barcode scanner to check for fodmaps, all sorts of things could be incorporated into this. 2★, Jan 2, 2026
  • could you please add a photo feature to the diary, so you can capture photos of food 4★, Dec 19, 2025

Fast2%

★★★★★ The quick reference food guide is so helpful in deciding what's ok to eat while on the FODMAP diet, especially because you can add it to the app's grocery list feature once you determine you can tolerate it.
★★★★★ Very good information, the green/yellow/red traffic lights makes it super easy and fast to find what you can eat.
★★★★★ For example, on Buttermilk the serving colors go RED, YELLOW, GREEN Then Cheese, American (deli) is GREEN, YELLOW, RED Then Cheese, American (prewrapped) is YELLOW, RED, GREEN Then Cheese, American, White is YELLOW,…

Awesome

★★★★★Oct 18, 2026

Has potential but not helpful for busy mums doing post cancer treatment. I DL coz my specialist told me to. The food list is laden with obvious brand sponsorships. I'm medically bankrupt from cancer. I have to feed a family of 5! I'm after the cheapest food choices. NOT expensive meals with a FODMAPS endorsement. I can make do, but not sure my choices are suitable coz I can't afford the endorsed brands. suggest alternatives such as lean cuisine or healthy choice meals. I'm too sick & tired!

★★★★★Oct 15, 2026

I purchased this app many years ago. That it is in this bare bones state after all these years is appalling. Missing far too many Australian products to be useful long-term. Unless you have you have obscene levels of energy, time and money. I wish I could leave long-form advice here but there's a word limit. I've spent 25 years with IBS-D and a research bug. Look into the actual research critically, especially when it's regarding nutrition. Because goalposts give deceptive angles.

★★★★★Oct 15, 2026

Disappointed—1 star so developers see this and improve the app for users! It MUST have a stacking calculator. Many ready-made product recommendations are unavailable in the EU, and without ingredient lists, comparing local items is impossible. Search is frustrating: the search bar breaks on product pages (requiring back-clicks), and search results bury basic items like bananas. I support Monash’s research, but free Gemini chat offers much better advice than this app. Please fix ASAP!

★★★★★Oct 14, 2026

Great app! I've been using it for over 6 years. I can't believe I've only discovered the diary, where I can write my daily food intake and thoughts. This is invaluable because if I feel off on a particular day, I can re-read my diary and see what I ate to find out if and what triggered my discomfort. Great work Monash!
